What is managed IT (infogérance)?
Infogérance (managed IT) is outsourcing the management of all or part of an organization's IT environment to a specialized provider that monitors, maintains, secures and evolves the systems, usually for a monthly fee.
Managed IT can be full (the entire environment) or partial (a specific area such as security or servers). It relies on proactive monitoring and service-level agreements (SLAs).
At ITGS, managed IT covers workstations, servers, network and cloud, with maintenance, updates and support included.
